Tinky's Famous Hot Wings

I make these wings very often and my family and I love em'!

Here is what you will need:

-About 20-24 wings
-Canola Oil (Or any other sufficient frying oil will do. IE. Peanut, Vegetable, etc.)
-Seasoned Salt
-Chili Powder
-Texas Pete Hot Sauce
-Butter or Margarine
-Sugar

1) Thaw out wings if frozen. Liberally sprinkle with seasoned salt and Chili Powder and toss in a bowl, set aside in Fridge.

2)Heat about 3" of oil to 350-375 degrees F. This is easily accomplished in a Fry Daddy Deep Fryer.

3)Fry wings until golden brown and they float.

4)In a cup or small bowl, melt about 2 tablespoons of Butter/ margarine. Add about 5 tablespoons of Texas Pete and about 1 teaspoon of sugar(To taste).

5) After wings come out, put in a large bowl and toss in the sauce.

6) ENJOY!!!

This recipe can easily be manipulated to tickle your fancy.
